According to the writer, there is now more self-regulation/self-calibration/self-censorship/greater media literacy blah blah blah.....end result is that the views online are more balanced and not skewed heavily towards a certain bias.....given this equilibrium being reached, the govt should lay their hands off the internet and cede greater freedom to the netizens now that there is less danger of abuse.....
