Death Penalty and the use of REPETITION to persuade

A powerful clip on the death penalty. For those classes whom we have done the Paper 2 Question TYPE approach, try to recall the repetition type of questions. Note how the female lawyer in the clip keeps repeating 'I plan to ......though the state says otherwise' and 'the murder....' from 7.08 onwards.
