Should the values of a person be considered other than his/her ability? Relate to recent boycott of sportsmen and artists/musicians (some of whom even lost their jobs)  because they refuse to publicly express their disapproval of Putin or renounce their close ties with him. 

Or consider celebrities (think Jack Neo, Director Polanski, nd the latest being Will Smith).....should they be cancelled because of their values - despite their illustrious achievements in their respective fields?
