Note concept of 'groupthink', where everyone in the group comes from the same background, hence have the same views, same 'blindspots'. This can be seen as being in a 'filter bubble' whre the echo-chamber effect operates...Each minister will echo the views of another coz they feel the same way, and this will reinforce any inherent biases that are already resident within them....Pretty much what happens in social media, except that it is more insidious and prevalent online....:
