Complaining is seen as a national culture here -- Singaporeans just love to complain, as opposed to trying to solve the problem themselves. And yes, they love to complain to and about the 'gahmen'!!! 'cos they expect the 'efficient and effective gahmen' to do something about it...no wonder no entrepreneurship is not a trademark of Singaporeans, cos they all expect Big Daddy to wipe their backside for them when things go wrong!
Anyway, it's good to know that there are redeeming -- even desirable, constructive -- qualities about complaining. For all you know, Singapore got to where she is today because of our ceaseless complaints.....
