some weeks back, some of us were discussing how international cooperation may not be effective in dealing with problems in a country...one argument that surfaced is that the recipient country of the aid may be resistant towards them for fear of hidden agenda behind those groups masquerading as aid organization, whose real intention is to stir up trouble within the country or to meddle with the domestic politics....
