Appearance vs Quality

Mon evening class, the beauty contest thingy is on the middle left hand side of the page. You can see the 3 winners of the beauty contest. One of the 'colouful' comments by netizens in the article reads thus: 'Being born ugly is not a crime; but coming out to scare others with ur looks is not such a good idea.' See how in beauty contests, the appearance IS the quality!!!
