The real difference in tech use is usually about exposure and opportunity, not age.
Of course, some jobs such as those in construction, logistics or healthcare are more physically demanding. But that does not mean experienced workers must be sidelined. Job redesign, flexible arrangements and technology can make these roles more sustainable, while allowing seasoned staff to continue contributing in meaningful ways.
