Some of us did a compre recently on how agriculture is anathema (i.e. very harmful) to the envmt....u can get some background here....GM is supposed to be a godsend in reducing the need for pesticides and herbicides (which can pollute the soil and water), until we know that it creates superbugs and superweeds ...
