Here's an article that gives a different perspective on recent Chinese forays into Africa.....previous posts I put up shows China having some kind of agenda to gain control over key infrastructures...but this article gives a much needed balance on how the Chinese investments do indeed give to boost to much needed infrastructure development in these poor countries, which greatly improves the quality of life of the people....And since the investments are not a kind of humanitarian act, it is only right that China get some economic returns in exchange.....

Point: cooperation can be based on win-win exchanges....
