As waiters and chefs, we are told they can't pour hot water and their dishes are not very palatable. Note the final comment of the article:
"while robots were excellent at improving productivity in the manufacturing industry where tasks are repetitive, they were unable to perform well in fields where frequent human interaction was necessary."
